Here at FairFeed, we produce exact numbers of what is ordered from our fantastic seasonal menu. This ensures freshness, the lowest prices we can muster, great hours for our staff and ZERO WASTE.

ORDER DEADLINES

  • Order before 6pm Monday for Wednesday Pickup or Delivery

  • Order before 4pm Tuesday for Thursday Pickup or Delivery

DELIVERY

  • Delivery is a flat rate of $10.50 across most of Melbourne, $10 of which goes straight to your driver!

  • Delivery to select Frankston, Mornington and Dandenong suburbs available on Wednesdays only. Visit https://www.fairfeed.com.au/deliver to inspect our approved delivery areas, or email hello@fairfeed.com.au to enquire

  • Delivery hours are 7am-7pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays

  • Delivery time: you will receive an order tracker and direct contact to your driver the morning of your chosen delivery day via email.

ISSUES

  • Made a mistake with your order? Email hello@fairfeed.com.au with your order number and we will endeavour to fix it up for you, stat!

  • Any issues with pickup or delivery? Don’t fret, we will figure something out, we always do :) Email hello@fairfeed.com.au, or call us during delivery hours on

PICKUP

  • We are located at 240 St Kilda Rd, St Kilda VIC 3182. Next to Signarama St Kilda, a big red building! There’s plenty of street parking, just keep an eye out for parking signs.

  • Pickup hours (for online orders) are Wednesday & Thursday are 7am-7pm

LOCAL’S CLUB

  • Wednesday & Thursday 12pm-7pm we sell excess stock, frozen staples and test kitchen fare as well!
